I had done a lot of research on the jeep liberty before I decidedly rear wheel drive crossfire couldn't cut it in the snow. I called Wednesday about the vehicle and they were very helpful in getting everything in order for me because I was coming from Pittsburgh. I arrived right at 9:00am bright and early and Karen was very energetic and excited to start helping me right away. I drove the jeep and fell in love what a great experience it was to drive it. Karen then went to work for 6 hours with the finance team to get me a loan they were so dedicated and did an awesome job. Very accommodating and made me as comfortable as possible the whole time I was at the dealership. I'm from Pittsburgh and will gladly make the 2.5 hour drive fort next vehicle purchase! We were greeted in the lot by a friendly salesman. We wanted to talk about purchasing a new Chrysler Town and Country. After leaving the desk several times he came back with a printout of a Chrysler Town and Country that had all of the things we wanted and more. We agreeded upon a fair price for the for our trade in van. The financial person was personal and helpful. He gave suggestions on finance and made us feel very comfortable. Several days later when we picked up our new Chrysler Town and Country the salesman took a lot of time to explain the features in the van we were not familiar with from the earlier van. We were very pleased and we would return there for their service and we will tell others of the great experience we had at Haasz of Dalton. More

From my first visit at Haasz, until I purchased my car, Dave took the time to walk the lot with me, show me a variety of cars, let me test drive any that I wanted, and was very patient! Especially considering that I had broken my knee a few weeks before, so I was not moving very fast. I never felt pressure to purchase a vehicle, Unlike some of the other Major Dealerships in the Canton/Massillon area. He never called and pressured me to come in and purchase a vehicle, like many of the other salesmen from other dealers. Dave took the time to get to know me. He asked what I wanted in a vehicle and he truly listened to me. He didn't try to get me into vehicles that didn't have what I was looking for. He also always kept my budget and payment range in mind with every vehicle he showed me. He was very friendly, not pushy, and a true gentleman. He even gave me his cell number for any questions I had. He let me come to him each time and let me make my own choices. No pressure at all. I can't say enough good things about my experience. When I had my car detailed he made sure that it was to my satisfaction. Their cars are very low mileage, a great price and great quality! Their Warranty is excellent. WOW, Went there looking for a Car. We seen one in the local paper that we wanted to look into. We went to Haazs automall of Dalton. We like the car, the banks for closed due to the weekend, They were nice about letting us take it home for the weekend, Karen and her team did everything they could to get us approved for a loan on the car. We Got a call saying we were already to go, Just come in sign the paper work. As we were signed papers, Karen took the car and had it cleaned up. This is one Dealer Ship that make you feel welcome. why did i choose haasz of dalton? i received an mail advertisement. i was pre approved. i made an appointment. i was greeted very nicely. dave thomas was the gentleman that greeted me and my son. di advertisement. i was pre approved. i made an appointment. i was greeted very nicely. dave thomas was the gentleman that greeted me and my son. diane was also very nice to me on the phone. we came in with no money and less than great credit. the car we were shown was a chevy malibu. dave was very nice to my son. when we both told him we were in the military he stood and said thank you for your service while shaking both of our hands. i thought that was very nice. i do believe that diane, dave and mr yoder, (sorry i can not remember his first name) and all that were involved with us at the dealership when out of their way to help us. i gave a great rating in all things because i am very happy with my purchase and will return if i find that i need another car, truck or wagon with wheels and a motor..... once again i would like to thank all involved with us and the buying of my chevy malibu, you all were GREAT.
