Excellent service My husband and I were a search for a hefty truck. We had went to Wooster looking for a deal. It was Haaz automall of Dalton, We seen some trucks there and decided to stop and look. A Saleswomen Karen Shapuite approached us and asked if she could help, we told her our experience and what we were looking for and she took us right over to a couple of trucks. She was very pleasant to talk with and very helpful. Within 2 days of driving the truck and dealing with Karen I bought the truck. He was very helpful and so was the finance manager who got us the loan for our vehicle. I don't quite remember his name, but he was very, very pleasant and they both just made the experience so nice. We weren't dealing with bad credit, they literally told us that my boyfriend had no credit score. He had no credit. We have tried multiple dealerships to obtain a vehicle and so that we can establish a credit score and had NO luck, we kind of thought it would be the same here... but the first night we went out we drove the vehicle and they offered (because it was close to closing time) to let us take the car for a couple of days and test drive it, while they worked on financing. Two days later they made it work, and by the 3rd day the vehicle was ours (which we love by the way) . Haasz seems to do everything they can to help you out. I would go back there and deal with Jeff in a heartbeat. Everyone there was very nice, all the sales people made sure to acknowledge you and make sure you were taken care of. I even ended up locking my keys in my car that evening as we left, and they (with no success unfortunately) even tried to help me unlock my vehicle! Super nice, if you deal with these people you will not regret it. More
