Repair: Expensive, poor quality. Unresponsive to complaint. I chose this dealership to repair a specific powertrain fault (P0651) because they are certified by GM. Initial repair was reasonable but lasted about 110 miles. The diagnosis / repair @ $294 was made via zip tie attached to a transmission line, simply lifting the engine harness to alleviate a sensor voltage shortfall - a very poor and unprofessional repair. After this failed the vehicle was returned on a flatbed. Waiting another 3 weeks for a second fix and paying another $597, the repair to a wiring harness connector was correctly diagnosed and made. In the process, a section of the exhaust had to be removed for the repair. The vehicle was then presented with an exhaust leak. We politely relayed this to the service manager who eventually referred us to a mechanic. The mechanic acknowledged the issue had occurred. Not wanting to wait, who knows how long, be charged $100 per hour and other minutia charges to fix this mistake, I disappointedly left. I was lucky to have friends able and willing to repair the exhaust. Cost; another $120. I sent a letter asking for any reply; resulting in zero acknowledgement. More

He was kind, courteous, and helpful; he explained everything thoroughly with absolutely no pressure to purchase. He did not try to sell me options that I do not need. Once we decided to purchase the car of our choice, Todd stayed with us an extra hour after the dealership closed to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. You just can't beat that type of salesperson!! Also, our son had a similar experience last year when he bought a truck from Johnny Johnson at Sarchione. Needlesstosay, we highly recommend Sarchione Chevrolet Dealership as the place to buy your next vehicle. More
False Advertisement We purchased a used 2011 GMC Terrain that was advertised as having Bluetooth by both the salesman and what was listed in their online advertisement/sa We purchased a used 2011 GMC Terrain that was advertised as having Bluetooth by both the salesman and what was listed in their online advertisement/sales post on their website. This is the same add the salesman pulled up and I even specifically asked about Bluetooth capability. We went up in what we wanted to spend in our price range thinking it had these features and we would not have to pay to install something that would give me the Bluetooth capability. That is the ONLY reason why we made the deal. We came back the next day to finish the deal and sign the papers, of course, they didn't bring the car out until after we were done, and before we leave we find out it doesn't have it. After we got home we pulled the add back up and it does list BOTH Bluetooth and hands-free calling(OnStar). We contacted them hoping they would make the situation right, and all we got was "sorry for your luck..." literally the salesman response was "well it does have hands-free through OnStar..." That is complete false advertisement, they had in all caps "BLUETOOTH" in the description, not just under the listed features, For the record, it was listed as having, in all caps, "BLUETOOTH" in the description not just under the listed features, and then again a little further in the ad as having BOTH Bluetooth and On-star Hands-Free calling... NOT just hands-free calling, and NO they are not the same. I waited until after their response to write any reviews giving them the chance to rectify their mistake. With as much business as this dealership does I'm shocked at how they handled this. Since we have contacted them they have conveniently taken the add down, but we still have the listing. Their response was they would not make it right in any way nor would they take the car back, so you better make sure before you sign anything that they didn't lie to you about anything! More
