I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income and I drove almost 20 miles out of my way to use a coupon I had received in the mail for a 99 cent New York state inspection and a free car wash. However when I, arrived and my car was being serviced I was informed that because my windshield wipers were faulty I would need to pay $45 in order to pass inspection. I was immediately suspicious since this seemed like a classic bait-and-switch to me. I emailed the office immediately and expressed my feelings. A Mr Smith then came out to the customer service area and stood in front of me instead of sitting down to talk to me and discussed the situation loudly in front of the entire customer service area. Needless to say my first experience with Saratoga Honda will be my last experience with Saratoga Honda! More
Worst experience ever I should have known better when I couldn't get waited on the first 3 times there to stay away. They kept asking when I would pick it up and I kept telling them.. yet they were not prepared, The salesman told me to bring just the title release and reg (i should have known better and brought the title also). Now I am there they switched my ins. and took off my plates ... they had the cash for the new car but I could not take it.. and had no means to get my title which I left home. (They did not offer a ride.) They had to make a key for the new car that took nearly 2 hours.Car prep... hahaha.. they splashed water on it. They promised to buff it out. There are scratches in every single panel. I asked for mats... I got carpet ones. God forbid should they throw in a $125 set of mats. It was not a good deal and they give you pennies for your trade. So forget being loyal locally and watch out for yourself. More

The Service Team was professional, helpful , knowledgeable and even got us to the game in a loaner. After that experience we knew we had to go back. We then returned to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Our salesperson, Luke Vandixhorn, took the time to thoroughly show us the vehicle , answering our many questions, and made us feel confident with the purchase. We lead a very busy lifestyle with two teenage sons and Luke was very accommodating even coming in on his day off so that we could come at our convenience to pick up the vehicle. Both Luke and the entire Saratoga Honda team take the time to make you feel at home and make your car buying/servicing experience pleasant and comfortable. Thank you. More

Released a 2019 Accord We've been Saratoga Honda customers for over 20 years. This past fall our Sales Rep Bill Arpey retired and we were assigned Jason by the dealership. We've been Saratoga Honda customers for over 20 years. This past fall our Sales Rep Bill Arpey retired and we were assigned Jason by the dealership. Jason called to introduced himself, then sent a professional letter with his business card asking us if we needed any help in the future. We turned our old Accord in this January in a deal that included an early turn in with high miles. Jason worked with us to find a car that met my wife Joanne's needs, handled details with Honda Finance, and spent plenty of time with us going over the many new features of the 2019 Accord. We'll miss Bill but Jason stepped in and was thorough, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. More

Some Issues I had: Salesman did not attach registration, Drove home with no registration, Hub cap fell off on the way home twice, Replaced SPARK PLUGS, IGNITION COIL #3, IGNITION COIL #4. The car should have been sold at an auction. RED FLAG #1: Most of the 5 star reviews are from people buying brand new cars. RED FLAG #2: Most reviewers have only 1 review. Which tells me the dealership may be sending people to Google Reviews for every new purchase. UPDATE: Tim Higgins offered to replace the $5 hub cap, then seen my online review and rescinded the offer. More
Great Experience Because I live a fair distance away I had called the dealership on a few different occasions about different vehicles listed on the website. Each time they answered all my questions never seemed annoyed and were very polite and timely in getting back to me with answers. Best car buying experience to date. They even gave me a little for my clunker which by all means was a clunker to cover the cost of title and such items. Worked with me on the paperwork before I got to the dealership over the phone in order to speed up the process once I got there and had the car ready to go upon arrival. I will definitely be going back there for service requirements in the future as well. This was not the only dealership I was looking at but by far the best dealership in response time and customer courtesies. Great people friendly staff and we cut through all the regular wheeling and dealing and straight to business which was great in y opinion. The used Honda I bought was exactly as detailed online and even cleaner and better in person. I have dealt with their service department previously when my girlfriends car broke an axle back in the winter and the service during that experience was excellent and timely as well. More
