AVOID SARATOGA HONDA!!! I had a HORRIBLE experience at Saratoga Honda. I scheduled a test drive with Toni which was fine. When I arrived Matt was ok, but when he learned I was looking for a rare Accord Saratoga Honda. I scheduled a test drive with Toni which was fine. When I arrived Matt was ok, but when he learned I was looking for a rare Accord his tune changed and he had no interest in helping me. He finally agreed to a test drive of a similar Accord. He took my driver's license and said "I'll be back" leaving me in the showroom to read the COVID safety sign for ~10 minutes. When he returned, he showed me to the parking lot where the car was running. He said "this is what it will look like" and just wandered off. He didn't explain any of the features of the car, or take any interest in me as a possible customer. Matt made is crystal clear he DID NOT want to sell me a car. I drove the car, returned the key, and made an appointment to visit Mohawk Honda. THANK GOODNESS I did!!! They took the time to listen to the specific car I was looking for, and when I test drove a similar vehicle, they took the time to explain all of the features of the Accord Sport 2.0. Camren found me the 6-speed manual Accord I was looking for and it is TERRIFIC! If you want to be treated as a RESPECTED, VALUED CUSTOMER by friendly staff, where they really do go out of their way to please you, visit MOHAWK HONDA. If you want to be treated as an inconvenience by an indifferent staff, and read the COVID safety poster, visit Saratoga Honda and their disappointing staff. More

Sale rep. Ashleigh was the worse sale rep.. we ever encountered. Bought the car same day " cash",did not bother even saying " thank you" or even came to see us after the transaction done. BUYERS BEWARE! If I could give this dealership less than one star I would have. Bought a beautiful used Hyundai (cash) from them on 7/24 and as of this post I have only had it in my possession for 1 day! one star I would have. Bought a beautiful used Hyundai (cash) from them on 7/24 and as of this post I have only had it in my possession for 1 day! To start with they fraudulently sold me a vehicle with a valid inspection sticker, only to find out that it had a broken steel belt in one of the tires - should not have passed inspection! Totally against the law. Next, they fraudulently misrepresented the the odometer reading (increasing it) on not just one, but every document they gave us, including the title! When we asked for an additional warranty coverage due to these issues, we were told that we were given a loaner that was better than our vehicle and we were being UNREASONABLE! Ridiculous! I wouldn't buy that Honda piece of crap for any amount of money! My husband is a master auto technician, and in his 43 years in the business, working for many dealers in the capital region, he has never seen a customer treated this way, when it is clear the dealership is totally in the wrong! This dealership is fraudulent from the get go and interested in nothing but making a quick buck. If you are looking for a vehicle, trust me, go elsewhere. You will only get ripped off. Pay attention to whatever documents they give you. Will definitely be contacting both the State Attorney General and the DMV! More

Excellent Service Department Experience We brought our 2012 Honda Accord to Saratoga Honda for a recall notice. Dropping off the car at the Service Department was extremely easy and service personnel assisted us in less than 30 seconds. The service desk and lounge were very clean and inviting right next to where you pull in and drop the car off. Pick up was simple and quick also, the work was completed in less time than we were told it would take. Surprising complimentary car wash and brief inspection were also completed. The service personnel were profession and courteous and it was an excellent experience. We have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership but after this, they will be first on the list for the next Honda we purchase. More

I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income and I drove almost 20 miles out of my way to use a coupon I had received in the mail for a 99 cent New York state inspection and a free car wash. However when I, arrived and my car was being serviced I was informed that because my windshield wipers were faulty I would need to pay $45 in order to pass inspection. I was immediately suspicious since this seemed like a classic bait-and-switch to me. I emailed the office immediately and expressed my feelings. A Mr Smith then came out to the customer service area and stood in front of me instead of sitting down to talk to me and discussed the situation loudly in front of the entire customer service area. Needless to say my first experience with Saratoga Honda will be my last experience with Saratoga Honda! More
