Saratoga Honda decides to pull out of the purchase deal after I placed a $500 deposit and provided all the necessary documents for a 2021 Honda CRV EX. Why? Ryan, the general manager, stated the vehicle I purchased is not coming in and Honda will not fulfill the order. Next day, I called my salesman, David, and came to learn that the vehicle will be sold to someone locally. Since I don't live in the immediate area, the dealership would not be able to make money off of me on possible servicing and future purchases. I am appalled at the way Saratoga Honda handles their business and blatantly lies to the customers on the phone. If you do not want to sell me the vehicle, just be honest. worst experience ever..Made appointment to go test drive an Odyssey, they sold it and didnt bother telling me so i wasted a trip down there. They tried to bait and switch me to another Odyssey that carfax said had been in a n accident in 2008..I asked what the accident was and the sales guy said" oh, it doesn't tell us that, but it is nothing to worry about"..I got up and walked out, no one cared at all..STAY AWAY.
