My fiancé and I purchased a beautiful Nissan Sentra and had the pleasure of working with Korryn. She was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. We also had the fortunate opportunity to work with George as w had the pleasure of working with Korryn. She was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. We also had the fortunate opportunity to work with George as well. He was very personable and didn’t make us feel pressured to make any decisions we were not comfortable with at the time. He helped us understand the information we needed to know about the car and our agreement. Overall, it was a positive experience and we look forward to working with them again in the future when we purchase another vehicle. We will also refer our friends and family to Saratoga Honda as well and have them ask for Korryn and George as well. More

Let me start off by saying how impressive my experience was from start to finish. I highly recommend Taylor, he made this entire process so easy. I contacted the dealership online to turn in my mother i was from start to finish. I highly recommend Taylor, he made this entire process so easy. I contacted the dealership online to turn in my mother in laws lease. With both of them being retired it only made sense to downsize to one car. The price they gave me for the trade in was decent and worth us seriously considering with the market being as crazy as it is. I was just helping to get things started and making sure they got a decent deal for the mint condition and low mileage car. Since most of us can say the whole car buying process is usually not anyone's idea of fun or something they look forward too. After speaking with the person from their internet department I agreed to come in with the car for them to look at. When I arrived it was busy, more than I expected the week after Christmas. I did have to wait a while for someone to come and help me, but they were clearly busy and probably short staffed like everyone else so I was patient. Once I was greeted they got me someone right away and my sales person was Taylor who I mentioned above. He was very friendly, courteous and listened to what my intentions were. With that I asked for two scenarios 1) the price on a new lease if we wanted to go that route. 2) was what they would buy the lease out for if we wanted to turn it in and walk away. Shockingly he was easily able to go over the process with me and they looked at the trade in, got me a price for a new car and presented everything in a manner that was simple and easy to understand. I never felt any pressure, never felt he wasn't being honest with me and never felt that it was going to all the BS and back and forth. We ended up just trading in the one car and not getting a new one, but still got the best treatment and I was shocked. This is a top notch dealership, it is huge, clean and offers everything you could want or need. (we live out of state and again wanted to make sure my inlaws got a great deal on their car and that it was something we were all comfortable with.). The reason I am so impressed is I typically purchase a new car every couple of years and it is rare to have such a great experience so I wanted to share it with everyone. More

Derek was not only a pleasure to work with, he was also most gracious, helpful and knowledgeable. He made the entire process of purchasing a new car simple, easy, hassle free and fun. This is a great place for women who love to be bullied by male salesman. Ask for frat boy Ethan or his sales manager who has obviously taught him everything he knows. ANY dealership can order a car for you and complete the sale by phone but these guys, in person, will reward you with sarcasm and unprofessionalism that can only be appreciated in person. RESPONSE TO DEALER COMMENT: Then please allow me to elaborate. Lauren made it clear during phone communications that she wanted to further discuss the value of her trade. When I mentioned this to Ethan his attitude changed immediately. Not once, past that point, was he polite or respectful. Our request of an additional $2000 was based on Kelly blue book value for trades which Ethan said you don’t use yet you had sent my daughter a link to Kelly blue book. When we pointed this out to Ethan he then said they DID submit it to Kelly blue book but “even they didn’t want it”. Professional? When I questioned the method used to determine the trade value the sales manager said they had to consider how it drove and if there were issues. No one drove the trade vehicle. My daughter was also not made aware that her $500 phone deposit secured the sale and made it no longer negotiable. Why was this not mentioned? She was only told it was refundable. Ethan communicated with me with snide remarks and sarcasm while standing over me and behind me. Remarks such as “she could have told me that 2 months ago”. He had a quick, rude remark for every point I made. YOU LOST THE SALE MAINLY BECAUSE OF YOUR ATTITUDES! These car salesmen were offended that I called them out on their customer service and now they’re going to play the victim in response to my review. IF SH THINKS THIS IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN PEOPLE NEED TO SHOP ELSEWHERE. Advice from others has been to shop Keehler or Mohawk. We plan to do that. Does corporate see your reviews? Ryan, the general manager, stated the vehicle I purchased is not coming in and Honda will not fulfill the order. Next day, I called my salesman, David, and came to learn that the vehicle will be sold to someone locally. Since I don't live in the immediate area, the dealership would not be able to make money off of me on possible servicing and future purchases. I am appalled at the way Saratoga Honda handles their business and blatantly lies to the customers on the phone. If you do not want to sell me the vehicle, just be honest. Bad taste in my mouth with this dealership... More
