We went to Saratoga Honda after visiting the one in Queensbury. Saratoga Honda salesman Dan LaNoir came out to greet us and explained more details on the 2012 Civic EX we ended up purchasing. He was very calm and patient with our questions and did NOT push anything on us. What really impressed us was when it came to or trade-in, Dan had it written out with exactly what they were giving us for it rather than what other dealerships do, hiding the trade by giving us just what payments would be. We highly recommend Saratoga Honda, they were very easy to deal and talk with explaining everything about our new car! More

Mark David made a fair, honest offer for my trade. There was no need for back-and-forth price negotiation. I accepted the deal, which included a discounted price for the new CRV, as offered. Buying a car at Saratoga Honda is a quick, efficient and pleasant experience. Best experience I'e ever had. More
I purchased a New 2011 Honda Accord from Saratoga Honda on 3/21. I arrived around 4:30PM on Saturday afternoon looking for a Car. By now it was a little after 5:00PM and they were Closing for the day.Pete was my Salesman and he was very knowledgable, friendly and worked with us. I spoke with Mark David and he gave me more than I expected for my trade-in, so I could stay within my Budget. By now it was well past 5:30 and they stayed and did the paperwork so I could pick up my car on Monday. I was very satisfied with my experience at Saratoga Honda and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
It was a great experience. I sent the dealership an email of what I was looking for and heard back within minutes from one of the employees. Tony was very helpful and patient. After dealing with another local dealership, Saratoga Honda was a breath of fresh air. Finally my wife and I had found a place where they would take us seriously and treat us with respect. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely wonderful. We started our dealings with James who handled everything very nicely. On our delivery day we dealt with Michael in finance who was a lively, friendly and down to earth guy. He was a pleasure to talk to and do business with. By the time we finished, it was well after closing time. We were about to walk out the door and Dan (the salesman who was helping James since he had to leave with very good reason) was waiting for us to show us some features of the vehicle that we had questions about. Everyone at Saratoga Honda exceeded our expectations. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
The experience was guite good actually. The one thing that couldbe improved is the autonomy of the sales staff. Everytime a question came up, the sales person needed to run it through Mark. I found this to be annoying as I was left to sit there for what seemed like an eternity. I know Casey was new but I was in once before and I experienced the same thing with Pete. This could and should be improved, but all in all, I though the experience was fine and I would recommend others to the dealership. I have not had any service done, so I'll have to see on that. I expect good things though. More
