Today, John "Jack" Sarat, Jr. and his sons Jeff, Chris, and Scott carry on the Sarat Family tradition together with the entire Sarat Ford Lincoln Team. Their full service dealership offers quality products, quality service and convenient service hours.
Sarat Ford Lincoln offers a variety of New and Pre-owned vehicles. Plans to expand Sarat's service department were realized in 1989, when a new dealership was built across the street. The original building was converted into a state of the art body shop facility. The new building has an impressive 24 bay service center that today houses a $1,000,000 parts inventory featuring many varieties of other specialty manufactures.
Sarat Ford Lincoln is a Fast Lube dealership - providing 29 minute lube, oil and filter changes without an appointment, for added convenience, the service center is open until 8 PM Monday through Thursday, 5 PM on Fridays and 8 AM - 4 PM on Saturdays.

Very professional sales staff. I felt they offered me a competitive deal. I didn't end of purchasing the vehicle but it was just due the financing wasn't what I was looking for. Lenny Weiss and John Day were extremely helpful and just great people to work with. There was never any pressure and their follow up was perfect. They did not backup there warranty on Transmission for a 2014 ford Focus. Ford has failed in supporting a poorly designed transmission. Sarat Ford sold me a 2014 Ford Focus knowing the transmission was faul 2014 ford Focus. Ford has failed in supporting a poorly designed transmission. Sarat Ford sold me a 2014 Ford Focus knowing the transmission was faulty. They repaired the first failure of the transmission after only 4000 miles . The Transmission failed again and they want to replace the transmission for $7300.00. They claim the warranty parts are not the problem. There is a class action law suit that has exposed the transmission is a complete failure. My car is now worth $300.00. Sarat Ford is a disgrace. I purchased this vehicle with 39000 miles on it. The transmission has failed twice over the last 40000 miles. I feel they have falsified the problem with the transmission and are hiding behind Fords poor design. The clutch is the problem. They refused to fix it. Don’t buy a vehicle from this dealer. More
