I purchased a vehicle from this dealer 05/2021 and then traded it in to another dealer 12/2022. I completed and sent in a cancelation form for my service, car care and road hazard coverage. I never heard anything back and tried to call the dealership but the receptionist was extremely rude and would not transfer me to anyone. She would only say "leave your name and number and someone will call you back". No one has called me back. I then contacted the receptionist again and had to argue with her to get her to transfer me to a manager and I spoke with Josh who stated that he would look into this situation and call me back. He called back and said he was trying to find answers still and would call me back but wanted to let me know he was working on it. I have never heard back from him again. I have sent emails to Nate in Finance, the finance manager and general manager and to the email listed in the contact us section of their website. Again, no one has called or emailed me. This is definitely the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered with any business. I no longer live close by or I would go into the dealership, as apparently that is the only way to get them to allow you to speak with a manager. I would stay away from this dealership, as there are other Toyota dealerships nearby and I have to believe their customer service would be better. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau and News Channel 8. More
These guys are scam artists and I do not recommend them at all! They will charge you excessive fees and tell you xx stories. Highly recommend going any other dealer they do not own. Buyer beware! I emailed the sales manager "Josh Guy" about ordering a 2023 Tundra TRD Pro with a trade-in. I sent him my photos of my 2020 4Rnner Venture and an "As Built" of the Tundra. He said, he never read my email, he just passed it off. I waited for over 2 hours for them to appraise my vehicle and give me an out-the-door price. When they finally got around to giving me the quote, it was 6k over my "As-Built" statement. The second line down read "Marketing fee of $20k. They have no respect for customer intelligence.. The TRD Pro comes loaded! They told me that I couldn't order like it is on Toyota's website. That I'm forced to get many additions you don't need. An extremely poor experience, DON'T SHOP THERE! More
don't buy any extended warranty from this showroom as they will sell you this and there's no easy way to cancel it. Awful place- don't ever buy a car from them. Totally sold a lemon car to a young female for her first car and didn't care. Took it to our own mechanic and told 3000 dollars needed to fix. Called the customer relations number who just transferred me to a manager who doesn't answer the phone. If you want to get ripped off by a company that doesn't care as long as they have your money then go here, otherwise shop somewhere else. Mechanics said that the car had been in an accident that the dealership didn't disclose. More
