Last night I was on their website and saw a 2020 Forrester. I filled out a card to come in and take a look at it. No one called me. Nobody asked me questions Daughter and says she go to the bathroom. Nobody approached me nobody talk to me. Nobody asked me if I needed help so obviously they don’t want my business anymore are used to do business with them but I think the service has gone down greatly so lots of people walking around talking to each other in blue shirts and then willing to help me to purchase a car so I think I’ll drive to Tampa and look for a vehicle there More

Had to jump start my battery one morning. Went to dealer and they took the car immediately and put it on the charger and tester. They left car on charger for 5 hours. Once charged they found nothing wrong with the battery and nothing draining it. Must have been something left ajar and on. They offered to keep the car overnight and lend me a car since it was Friday and a weekend was coming up. I opted to just take the car since I have a battery pack to jump the car. More
