Both men were respectful and took care of me with kindness. In addition, while I waited for the transaction to be completed several employees asked if I would like something to drink or acknowledged my presence in a friendly manner. More
I was thinking about buying 2015 Subaru legacy base for 12,500k. They added on a $1490 reconditioning fee? (Dealer Profit). $999 and doc fee It was cost over $16k for $12,500 car. I like my Subaru just fine. I lost my vehicle during Hurrican Ian. The Subaru dealership was just a couple of miles from my home. The salesman, Mr. Jones, knew I was between I lost my vehicle during Hurrican Ian. The Subaru dealership was just a couple of miles from my home. The salesman, Mr. Jones, knew I was between a rock and a hard place and he piled on every extra charge that he could. I ended up paying over $43,000 for my Forester. On Jan 4 I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I had a $10 off coupon. On Jan 6 I received in the mail a coupon for $24 off for the same work. Nobody at the dealership said anything to me about the extra discount! Plus they lost my car. It took them 15 minutes to find my car AFTER I was presented and paid the invoice. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 2. I will look for another dealership! More
