Unhappy customer I went to Sarasota Ford the week of Thanksgiving i had a good person working with me i don't blame him in any way i blame the management and Financ I went to Sarasota Ford the week of Thanksgiving i had a good person working with me i don't blame him in any way i blame the management and Finance. as i went there too get a truck i wanted they ran my credit 16 times i realize they have to run it but as we all know this has a effect on the score.i sat around from Tuesday till late Wednesday after noon and i was told buy the salesman he was sorry he didn't think this would work as i was walking out the back door i was going to check other dealers he came out asked me to give him a day being tomorrow was Thanksgiving come back on Friday so i did. I got the truck i wanted by shopping other dealers they priced matched this is where i have my problem. On Saturday it took almost till 11 o clock to get the truck i was to buy to the lot just to see it ,when it get there it's very dirty sand all on the floor and it looks like a Demo they tell me it's not but as i look at the miles it has 308 miles on it they clean it up i get the truck but it takes almost 30 days to get financing.i sent paper work over they didn't seem to get it i called several times to speak to finance i never got through.After 20 days i got a hold of finance to get things going this just seemed to be a big headache and why was i sold this truck i know there were other F-150's on the lot , why would a sales man even show a truck all dirty as it looked to used a s a demo. More
