SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! USE ANOTHER DEALER! This dealer will play games with you. Do not listen to the hype of a "VIP" experience... there is nothing "VIP" about it. First they have no care that you are about to purchase a 30,000+ truck. They act like they have so many people looking and buying vehicles that if you don't buy at their asking price someone will. Not friendly at all. The salesperson Andy knew nothing about the vehicle or about any other vehicles similar to the one I was looking at, they literally had to search their phones trying to look up inventory. I had already did my research before hitting the door. They over charge for used vehicles and add a bunch of BS fees. A "document prep fee" of $899!? LOL that was one of many. Anyways the experience sucked for my first time at a big Ford dealership. Nothing like my other experiences at dealerships. Felt like a number not a potential customer and I was about to purchase TWO vehicles! I did not tell them that of course because I am HUGE on customer service and they lacked that a lot! So glad we walked because I found way nicer trucks at better prices and 40,000 miles less than what they were trying to charge. It really pays to do your research on vehicles people! Save thousands! Test drive and visit multiple dealerships before you decide! If they treat you like another number or not very friendly or smile imagine the service you will get when something breaks on your new vehicle. Just food for thought! More

Bill Kennedy was on top of everything from the beginning all the way through to the end (which was surprisingly quick). I suspected the problem was a refrigerant leak in the evaporator and that turned out to be the source of the problem. Now my A/C is good for another 22 years !!! More
Improper Balancing or None? Nice, polite employee who greet you. I had two new tires installed on my older Subaru. Was told they were balanced. Driving home noticed shaking on and off and road noise. Next day came back to Quick Lane. Waited two hours and was informed that my two older tires have "uneven wear patterns" . Also was told that they moved my new tires to the front and balanced all four tires. Then was given a quote for two tires. I left for home and car still shaking on and off. So, I stopped at an automotive shop near home. Two mechanics inspected my older tires and said they were perfect. They then checked the balancing and found that all four tires were not balanced. I then asked them to balance the tires and they did this with no charge to me. My car now drives smooth with no shaking. What is goi going on with your Techs? Bad two experiences, will not be back or reccomend. More
