Sarasota Ford is not what all of these people claimed. My own experience can testified to that. I give them a zero star review. All started when I purchased a $102k F150, yes you are reading correct $102k My own experience can testified to that. I give them a zero star review. All started when I purchased a $102k F150, yes you are reading correct $102k!. I purchased it on June 2023 and on September 2023 prior of an after market accessory installation I learned that the truck unknown to me was taken water from the driver side door and/or panel. They is a loop hole that if the dealer can blame the problems from the aftermarket parts they believe can get away with repairing the issues. (Lemon law will not cover for damages), Sarasota Ford know this so their way out is using it against you. The truck had been at the dealer for over 45 days and taken there 3 times this is the requirement for filing under the Florida Lemon Law. On 2/16/24 Sarasota Ford showed me a water leaking video that they claimed the other company are responsible but they did not showed in person the part in question neither a video of the whole conducted test. On the same date 2/16/2024 using a high pressure water hose I conducted my own test and as well on 2/17 & 18/2024 both dates were a heavy duty rained days and my video show the area in question dried in fact the water leak is from the driver side door panel a proof that Sarasota Ford is lying on the whole situation because they themselves installed over $8k of after market parts now you can see their reason as why they are refusing to fix the problems, but now because of their neglected action the problem had increased $14k in water damages. So for all of you giving them 5 stars rating I pray that you do not encounter a problem and good luck dealing with Sarasota Ford Service Department personnel a bunch of individuals with bad attitude and no manner dealing with the public. For the record I have purchased many vehicles from them expended thousands of dollars and look at the manner they are treating me, just think what is going to happen to you if you have an issue with your purchase vehicle. To Sarasota Ford upper management and to the owner you may have a very first class and expense restaurant and facility but if do not have any customers all of that means nothing. No customers no business. God speak. More
