Deal as promised over phone! My husband and I drove to Sarasota Ford from Clearwater because when I called about a Ford Escape I saw online. When we arrived the salesman told me that I had been misinformed about what I had been told. Needless to say I was very unhappy about this. As I felt we had taken the word of the person on the phone, and had drove over and hour and a half to get there! At that point the great salesman who was helping us got the manager. The end result was that after some discussion we ended up getting what we had been promised! For a dealer to care more about their reputation than not having as much profit was amazing! In this day and age, nearly unheard of! We love the new Escape. Both my husband and I will gladly recommend them to anyone else who is in the market for a new or used vehicle!?? More

Great Dealership with a Great Staff I went into Sarasota Ford just to look around and decide what car to get when I get my tax return. As I was walking around I was approached by Dennis I went into Sarasota Ford just to look around and decide what car to get when I get my tax return. As I was walking around I was approached by Dennis, one of the salesmen. I told him I was just looking and didn't want to waste his time, being I know the salesmen are paid on a commission based salary. Dennis was very polite and said it wasn't a problem and he would answer any questions I had on anything I was looking for. Even knowing I was not going to buy a car Dennis spent close to two hours with me answering questions and helping me decide which is the best car for me. You can not ask for a less pressure, more polite and knowledgeable salesman. I will return when I have my tax return and buy a Fusion from Dennis Hayes at Sarasota Ford. More
