Everything was done to my expectation, and I am completely satisfied. 'Tony' was the service advisor; he was indeed very nice and friendly. Sarant Cadillac is outstanding. I had trouble with a tire on my car and called the service department. They told me to come right down. When I arrived they greeted me and immediatel I had trouble with a tire on my car and called the service department. They told me to come right down. When I arrived they greeted me and immediately put a new tire on my car. Steve was professional and communicated with me throughout my wait. I have had numerous cars at Sarant and each time they provide excellent services. The sales people and service departments go above and beyond! More
