Awful service dept. No one gave a crap after purchase, lease is up soon back to BMW. At least BMW sends text updates emails and calls me to update service. Engine blew at 10k miles took 10 weeks to get it back. Best part is when I went to get the truck the front was badly damaged. I was told sorry was left like that . Luckily the tow truck driver was smart enough to take photos. Needless to say they fixed it after showing them it was perfect when it was dropped off. The engine bay was covered with leaves and greasy handprints all over, a real rush job. I get things go wrong and am very reasonable but this experience has pushed me out of the brand. Cadillac is a glorified chevy lesson learned. And if you ever expect a call back dont hold your breath not 1 call back in 17 tries they just hope you go away, they got their wish I am going to another dealer/brand for my next car. More
