Excellent service visit to Sarant I was able to get a much needed service appointment on very short notice. The Dealership's Service department was very accommodating.. the Service Adv I was able to get a much needed service appointment on very short notice. The Dealership's Service department was very accommodating.. the Service Advisor as well as the cashier were very Professional, as well pleasant. The Service was performed in a quick and concise manner. From the time I checked the car in, and then departed, total time spent at the dealership, was approximately an our and quarter, or so. Fred Russo is a criminal I purchased a tire a wheel warranty from Fred at the time of my lease. He assured me it would cover cosmetic damage. GUESS WHAT , when I brought it I purchased a tire a wheel warranty from Fred at the time of my lease. He assured me it would cover cosmetic damage. GUESS WHAT , when I brought it in to make a claim I got a run around from Abe in service. Maserati fixed any tire and wheel problems immediately without hassle. Fred assured me the one I bought from him was the same. I love Cadilac , but your choice of finance managers makes me rethink my choose of dealerships. More
