Fantastic Service My back seat folded down but would not fold back into the upright position due to the set belt locking in place. I called my local Buick dealer and they couldn't see me for at least 2 weeks, when I called the service department of Sarant Cadillac they told me to come right down. When I arrived they immediately started to work on my car. I was not a Sarant customer but that did not matter to the service department personnel. I was treat very professionally and courteously as if as were their number one customer. A part needed to be ordered and when it came in as was called and the car was repaired the same day. Abe Kolat was very helpful in having my car completed so me and my wife wouldn't be without our only car. THANK YOU Sarant Cadillac. More

Pretty disappointed with the service. I took in my truck to fix a sensor problem that I diagnosed myself with my code reader. I was told that I’d hear back from them later in the day. I didn’t hear back until 6 days later and that’s after me calling the dealership several times to ask what’s going on. Another complaint is that they don’t offer loaners cars. I asked for a loaner car and was told they don’t have one for me. I’m out of a car for 6 days and no loaner? Every other dealership I’ve gone to has given me a loaner car for even small jobs such as recall work. When i went to pick up my truck i noticed a sign at the service desk that they do provide loaner cars. But for some reason I was not allowed one? Another gripe I have is that everything is a diagnostic charge of $175. I told the service advisor that a bolt broke on the rear hatch. He said that they have to charge a diagnostic fee of $175 to look at it. But I already told you what the problem was! What is there to diagnose? Other dealerships (BMW, Mercedes) give a look at the entire car and give you a complementary report of what needs to be fixed on the car. This dealership wants to charge you. I understand that mechanics are very busy and don’t have the time to address every problem you may have. But while the car is on the lift for a repair I’m sure the mechanic can quickly look at something that you have a problem with on the car. I will be going elsewhere for service. More
