Pleasantly Surprised In the light of the coronavirus nightmare: I must admit I was rather nervous leaving my car knowing that people would be sitting inside and touching s In the light of the coronavirus nightmare: I must admit I was rather nervous leaving my car knowing that people would be sitting inside and touching surfaces during the service and inspection. However when I picked up my car a couple of hours later I was delighted to find plastic coverings on the seat and steering wheel which I then carefully removed and placed in the trunk for disposal when I reached home. Yes, I was also wearing latex gloves! My only concern was that when I paid the bill I was handed a pen to sign the receipt - it would be very nice if the pen was wiped down before each customer handled it - just a thought! More
You have a great staff in the service department they take the time to ask question on any car issue or suggest things if needed. Replace Headlights as part of a settlement agreement The replacement of our headlights on a 2014 Cadillac SRX was poorly done and supervised. The car came back with hood alignment issues, and plugs for The replacement of our headlights on a 2014 Cadillac SRX was poorly done and supervised. The car came back with hood alignment issues, and plugs for the plastic facia missing. Both should have been seen if anyone had looked at the work prior to giving back to the customer. I have to return the car today to see how this will be corrected. More
