My first experience with service department at Cadillac was a few days ago and it was a pleasant one. I dealt with Maurice. He answered all my questions and was very helpful and informative with happened t was a few days ago and it was a pleasant one. I dealt with Maurice. He was in contact with me and letting me know what the problem was with my car and explained exactly the cause of it. My car was ready the next day, problem was completely solved and car is in perfect condition. I have no problem dealing with Maurice again and have total faith in the service department. More
