The appointment was for 9:30 am and it in fact went 4 hours before the car service was completed. It’s extremely disappointing given that my car had barely 11 thousand miles and no damages. We had no idea that it would take that long as we were not informed and had not planned to use that amount of time. Hence we scheduled other tasks for part of that same day and our day was altered by this unanticipated delay. There was no attempt to even offer a car wash or any compensation for our wasted time.
