Sarant Cadillac was very good to deal with. My transaction included leasing a new car, buying the previous lease out and trading in a car. We have purchased Cadillacs from different dealers over many years but this dealership was by far the best yet. We were treated with respect, felt comfortable, especially when working with Dina. This is the first time we purchased a vehicle from a Cadillac dealership that didn't take hours of paperwork! Very modern & efficient. The showroom is beautiful & homey but as a handicapped person, I found it disappointing that doorways & bathrooms are not handicapped accessible. It would be a tremendous benefit to those needing the accessibility if consideration was given to better accommodations. Thank you! More

Gerson Maldonado was my service rep and he was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful during the entire process and made check out easy. I would say the only thing is that the wait time was a little longe to work with. He was helpful during the entire process and made check out easy.
