I've been elsewhere and this experience was top notch. He spent loads of time figuring out our best option and explained all the features on the car the day we picked it up. He even helped us set up the On Star account and processed our Costco Auto paperwork. Finance manager Tommy was also a pleasure and took care of things quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended. Exceptional parts, service, and sales experience. I could not ask for a better car and more pleasurable car buying experience than at Sarant Cadillac. I have considered competitor vehicles, but keep I could not ask for a better car and more pleasurable car buying experience than at Sarant Cadillac. I have considered competitor vehicles, but keep coming back to Sarant because of the white glove service at every level – parts, service, and sales. With turnover so high in the car business, it really is nice to see so many of the same friendly and familiar faces over the years. It is extremely refreshing working with a dealership that does not engage in high pressure sleazy sales tactics and gimmickry that is characteristic of so many other dealerships, and at Sarant you can be assured of both an extremely fair and transparent deal. Plus, Sarant without a doubt has the widest selection of inventory – particularly vehicles with rare and hard to find options. Expert parts and service is also another area where Sarant really shines. My experience with Sarant actually started with the parts department, and since then I have been a customer for decades. It is well known that this dealership is the one to go to when other dealerships are unable to diagnose and repair the increasing complexity of today’s vehicles. Even if you are considering competitor vehicles, I would strongly recommend considering a Cadillac but only from Sarant. More

Just stay away Brought my one year old CTS-V into the service department because of a slipping transmission. I did not have an appointment, but this was an urgent si Brought my one year old CTS-V into the service department because of a slipping transmission. I did not have an appointment, but this was an urgent situation. Bill, the service advisor who "helped" me, told me that they were all booked up and to come back in two weeks. I said I understood that they couldn't look at it right away, but asked if they could keep the car and give me a service loaner. He just said no and told me to make an appointment. I was told when I bought my car, that since I bought it there, I would get priority service. Unhappy, I went home and started calling around to the other dealers. Paul Conte told me to bring it right on down, no appointment needed. Long story short, stay away from this place. At least until they get some training in customer service skills. More

Unprofessional service person On 9/17/14 I made a visit to Serant Cadillac. I attempted to tell the service member that greeted me the noise problem roof rack was having with this On 9/17/14 I made a visit to Serant Cadillac. I attempted to tell the service member that greeted me the noise problem roof rack was having with this brand new month old Cadillac SRX. He interrupted me to ask if I purchased the car there. I told no, I was there just visiting from out of town for a couple of days and that I lived 5 I\2 hours away. He repeated that I didn't purchase the car here and he wouldn't look at it but, he will give me an appointment to bring the car in. He left and came back and said the best he would do is give me an appointment for October 1st. I declined and he told me how to exit the building. I called another Cadillac Dealership Conti Cadillac in Freeport, about 8 miles away. I explained the above situation and was told to bring car in that day. The service manager Shai Nadav explained that the position o the crossbars was creating the wind sound. He suggested that if I was not going to use them to strap items on it would be best to remove them till needed. I told him I would never be putting items on my roof. He removed the cross bars within 15 mins and placed them in my trunk. Problem solved. More

I was three days over my pregnancy due date, running errands when my Escalade unexpectedly stalled. I Once I got it going, I went straight to dealership. Bill B. and his team dropped everything to make sure my car was safe enough to drive. We just purchased our second Escalade from Sarant, and the experience was wonderful. Jim Pratt went above and beyond and handled all those little details that just made the entire process so much easier. We're looking forward to years of enjoying our vehicle and knowing we have a place we can trust. More
