Not honest with prices I needed tires for my state inspection and I thought the price for each seemed high.I asked the man writing up my service work if that is the best pr I needed tires for my state inspection and I thought the price for each seemed high.I asked the man writing up my service work if that is the best price and could they do a little better.All he said was no.Later I noticed a sign in the service area that they have a 30 day price match so I asked if my tires were covered and he said yes.Just as I was waiting to pay he told me my tires were less than the stated price.It turned out the price came down by approx. $30.00 each tire.That is a big difference.Several days later I noticed on their Web site there was a $70.00 rebate on the purchase of 4 Michelin tires.This was never told to me at all.I called them and their Service Manager took care of it for me and filled out the paperwork,made copies of everything and mailed this to me which I really appreciated. I was also over charged on labor cost to replace an engine mount.I was really surprised since their rating is so good. More

I dealt with John, and could not have had a better experience. No hassling, which is the biggest obstacle for me with most car dealers. I get it, they need to make a buck too - but cannot stand the feeling of being taken advantage of. You do not need to worry about this here - they work with you, not against you. They had to go all the way to Maryland to get my car and I am sure glad they found it. Safe to say I will be a Sarant customer for life. More

I went back recently to lease an XT5 for myself and my wife, and asked if Rob could help us again. Unfortunately, he no longer worked there, but another salesman, Mark, provided us with an outstanding lease and treated us just as well as our previous salesman did. It seems as if the sales people there are out to get you into a vehicle you can afford, without high pressure or the bait and switch techniques so prevalent at other dealerships. I highly recommend that if you re looking at Cadillac, you visit Sarant and experience their first class treatment. More
Smooth as silk lease, and 100% hassle free I've been to at least 10-12 dealerships on Long Island in search of a new car and could not find what I was looking for. I've been searching for a lu I've been to at least 10-12 dealerships on Long Island in search of a new car and could not find what I was looking for. I've been searching for a luxury sports car with a manual transmission. It's become very difficult (nearly impossible) to locate this feature in a new car and I'm so happy that I was patient and went to Sarant. Other dealers informed me that "it could be ordered" and might take 10-12 weeks because it would have to be made". Not at Sarant. Within minutes, the sales person put a colleague (Mark) on the job, with search and locate experience and a car nearly exactly like the one I sought was located. The only thing it did not have was a CD player which Sarant installed expertly once they received the car. Negotiations were easy, I got what I wanted, they got what they wanted and everyone was happy. The transaction was smooth as silk and the experience was 100% hassle free. I highly recommend taking a visit to Sarant. If they don't have what you want, they can get it and make it happen. I really like my 2017 ATS! More

The Sales and service team treat me like I matter and I'm not just a sale or a paycheck. That means something in these times. I would especially like to acknowledge Antonio Centeno and Robert Rifkin in sales and Bill Boccio and Joe Mistretta in service for going above and beyond to make me and my wife happy. 10 isn't a high enough score for Sarant Cadillac.
