He is courteous to both myself and my husband. He listened to all our questions and provided truthful answers. He gave unlimited time in explaining all the new features on our 2018 Cadillac, answering all questions. This is the 14th Cadillac we have purchased or leased at this dealership so they must be doing something right. When we enter the dealership we are always greeted by name. I bring it in first thing in the morning (Service opens at 7:30 am) and am usually home between 9 and 9:30. The building is not fancy but very comfortable without being pretentious and I always meet friendly folks there to chat with while waiting on my car and sipping my morning coffee. More
