50 years OLD Sarant Cadillac is celebrating it's 50th anniversary. I think that is the last time they decorated their showroom! It is SOOOOO outdated-looking and Sarant Cadillac is celebrating it's 50th anniversary. I think that is the last time they decorated their showroom! It is SOOOOO outdated-looking and dreary. That being said, their service department is great - they take you on time and get you up and running quickly. And they do offer free coffee while you wait. That's it. Just coffee. The other complaint I have is that they don't wash your car at the end of a service. Most dealerships give you snacks, bagels, or cookies and give you back a clean and shiny car. But this is my 3rd car from Sarant, so I guess those things really don't bother me that much! More

When I called to make an appointment, I had no problem receiving my requested date. When I brought the car in, Joe Mistretta expeditied the process and kept his promise to have the service completed in a smooth and timely manner. I drove in, was met by Joseph (awesome!) he took exactly 3 seconds to take my keys, had the paperwork You can't find a better dealership than Sarant! I drove in, was met by Joseph (awesome!) he took exactly 3 seconds to take my keys, had the paperwork all filled out, and sent me off to have coffee in the waiting room. He said he would have it done ASAP and before I knew it, they were handing me keys to head home! I have NEVER had a bad experience at Sarant whether buying/leasing a new vehicle or having maintenance/repairs completed on the vehicle. More
