Saturday afternoon I went to buy a Cadillac ct5, when I went in I was greeted by Edwin and he was such a nice guy with great positivity. Then I was assisted by Joseph who was phenomenal! He assisted me thr went in I was greeted by Edwin and he was such a nice guy with great positivity. Then I was assisted by Joseph who was phenomenal! He assisted me through the whole process. After that I met with the finance manager Vic who was very helpful as well. I truly appreciate the honesty and great customer service they all provided. My whole family has brought cars from them and we worked with them for a while. I’m very happy with my new purchase and I’m absolutely blessed to have a pleasure to have a outstanding team to guide me through the process of getting my new Cadillac! and a HUGE thank you to rob for taking the time to show me all the features in the car and teach me how to use them properly! I left numerous messages for a manager to call me. No one returned my call. We paid $150 for an oil change. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! My husband was there and he forgot to mention the coupon or our Cadi rew No one returned my call. We paid $150 for an oil change. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!
