Great service took my car in without an appointment and they tried to diagnose the problem as I waited. When my issue could not be resolved in a reasonable amount of time, and no loaner cars available, th they tried to diagnose the problem as I waited. When my issue could not be resolved in a reasonable amount of time, and no loaner cars available, they offered to give me a ride home. Steve, my service advisor, kept me up to date on all work being done. When my car was ready it looked like they had it detailed, it was so clean. Sarant Cadillac treats you as if we have been friends for over 20 years. Would never think of buying a Cadillac someplace else. More
