Service is poor at best with lots of BS Purchased a new set of tires : one tire installed inside out, tires were poorly balanced - had them rebalanced at a local repair shop. These new tires Purchased a new set of tires : one tire installed inside out, tires were poorly balanced - had them rebalanced at a local repair shop. These new tires never felt the way a new set of tires should have and one rear tire just went flat during a rush hour comute (I did not hit anything in the road - it just deflated) had to drive on the flat tire about a mile at highway speed before I could get to the shoulder, the tire was trashed from being driven flat. The Sapaugh service guy told me that I was lying about not hitting something in the road no less than three times - when I told him that the wheel did the damage to the tire - "no sir" he said "you hit something" Next issue: my 2007 CTS just had a second set of timing chains replaced plus a set of heads and I had to rent a car for 13 days. While this car was still under warranty reported excessive oil consumption and was told it was normal - well, that is BS, the recommended oil change interval was too long and was reduced by GM but the damage was already done and I had to pay for their mistakes. Thank you Sapaugh!!! My family and I were traveling from Chicago in a new 2014 GMC Yukon Denali towing a camper when our transmission began to fail. Other dealerships that My family and I were traveling from Chicago in a new 2014 GMC Yukon Denali towing a camper when our transmission began to fail. Other dealerships that were closer were unable or unwilling to even look at our car. I called Sapaugh and Lorine Halaus said to come on in. Though they were also busy, once they heard our situation they really jumped into action. Jeff Johnson personally took the car for a ride. June Cox greeted me when I entered the waitng room and acted as a liaison between myself and the servce center. Once it was determined that work was needed to be done, I was quickly set up with a very nice loaner vehicle and able to get back to my family. They were able to determine defective parts in the trans, ordered a new transmission and had it installed in four days. I realize what a big undertaking that is and appreciate the quick work that was done so we could continue our trip without missing a beat. Their Customer Service really helped me to relax. We were able to do all the site seeing we came to do and we love our new transmission. If we lived here, this would definitely be my Dealership of choice and from reading other reviews I would say I'm not alone. Thanks again Sapaugh!!! More
Excellent personal/professional service, from driving into the dealership until driving out with our repair problem solved after visiting another shop with the problem remaining. We have had our Cadilla into the dealership until driving out with our repair problem solved after visiting another shop with the problem remaining. We have had our Cadillac's serviced at other Cadillac dealers and felt we had received excellent service but out dealings with Sapaugh puts them below our new standard of excellence. More
I had a (reduced power to engine) error on my 2010 Terrain. I called Dave Sinclair (as i bought it through them) and they never got back to me. Earlier in the year i had taken my Terrain to Sapaugh for an oil change and thought it was a pleasant experience. I thought id take my chances again and see if they could help me with my issue. I have to say from the moment i walked in i felt like everything was going to be ok. Fortunately for me the issue was covered by warranty. Even if it wasnt, my experience here has made me a 100% loyal customer. On one visit. I am in the customer service industry and i must say what they do here really is awesome. When my service consultant Art Speth called to let me know my terrain was ready for pickup, he also told me the fuel light came on, so maybe expect a gas stop on my way home. Wow, i bet 99% of places out there dont put that level of service into their customers. Sure thats a little thing, but to me thats that little extra i dont get anywhere else. More
I have been coming to the dealership for a number of years, there are dealerships closer to me than Sapaughs but I continue to come back because of the way they treat their customers. I had some service performed by Mark Kaltenbronn several months ago. I received excellent service and felt it should be known. I took my Pontiac Vibe to Sapaugh Motors to perform a GM recall repair. I months ago. I received excellent service and felt it should be known. I took my Pontiac Vibe to Sapaugh Motors to perform a GM recall repair. I was a little nervous about taking my vehicle in for the repairs since so often you hear stories of people taking their vehicles to a dealership to be serviced only to have it returned with problems that there not there before. Or, they are pressured into purchasing “repairs” that they do not need. I did not run into any of those problems at Sapaugh. My vehicle was repaired as promised in much less time than I had anticipated. Mr. Kaltenbronn has excellent customer service skills. He made me feel comfortable and welcome, and treated my like a valued customer. I appreciated the follow-up thank you note I received from him for bringing my business to Sapaugh. Other employees were also very friendly and helpful and made certain my car was being brought around to me in a timely manner when I arrived to pick it up. As an employee of a major car rental company, I understand the importance of customer service. I encourage Sapaugh to keep up the great work, and I would like to thank Mr. Kaltenbronn for his service. More
Sapaugh is the best dealer that I have ever dealt with. They are honest in sales and you can trust Dave & Jeff to exceed your expectations. They truly have the customer's interest in mind.
