Parts and estimates I recently visited Sapaugh and spoke with Crystal Martinez in the office. She helped me find and order the correct fuel lines for my daughters cobalt. I recently visited Sapaugh and spoke with Crystal Martinez in the office. She helped me find and order the correct fuel lines for my daughters cobalt. She went above and beyond and even wrote up an estimate to have them put on. She is very helpful. She also helped with any recalls for my daughters car! More
My experience with just another salesmen 6/7/2018 I took my vehicle in for service. Love the service department. My wife and I decided to walk around and look at the new vehicles (Traverses). 6/7/2018 I took my vehicle in for service. Love the service department. My wife and I decided to walk around and look at the new vehicles (Traverses). We found one and decided to take a harder look. That’s when I met Chip. Nice enough guy at first. Started talking just a few numbers and he asked me what I would pay for this vehicle if I had cash. I told him and he said, “Nope, won’t do it.” I handed him the key and said, “Well, I might as well not test drive it then.” Chip walked away. I was only $2900 off the asking price. There wasn’t any negotiation with this individual and it was certainly just another frustrating encounter with a “salesman”. I suggest you deal with another individual when looking for a new vehicle. However, I dealt with Art Speth in the service department and he was awesome. Thanks Art for being professional and respectful. More
Needing customer improvement Took my vehicle to get an oil change and was told it would take about 1 hour. Two hours later finally done. I went to look at a new truck and salesmen just stood at the door. Went inside and nobody ever said hello or anything. I just bought two new vehicles from here and expected more customer service. Will be going elsewhere to by my new gmc pick up. More

I was surprised to receive multiple phone calls regarding my problem from both the Service Manager, Joe Clemens, as well as General Manager, Dave Walker. As I told Joe, I could not have been more impressed with the help and genuine concern I received from Dave. I have no affiliation with this dealership other than a typical customer but the Sapaugh staff has been a model for customer service as for as I'm concerned. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership over the years and, thanks to their service department, will continue to do so. More
Brought my vehicle in for oil change and light coming on The "service tire monitor system" light came on in my Acadia. It was not showing my left rear tire pressure, thought they could reset the sensor but t The "service tire monitor system" light came on in my Acadia. It was not showing my left rear tire pressure, thought they could reset the sensor but took it in to find out needed a new sensor part. They fixed it as it was under warranty. Took it in a month and a half later for oil change and because same light came back on (just a week after being replaced) and I was told that my warranty was up and had to pay $150+ tax for new sensor. I said the sensor they put in must be bad because it was saying again that it was rear tire on driver side. I got some long story about how it was a different sensor this time and I had to pay for it. Whatever. I paid for it and it was $162 that I was not expecting to have to pay out. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from here and I really like the Acadia's but on the fence about going back because I seem to always have an issue with the warranty somewhere no matter if I buy extended or not. However, everyone here is really nice, I do really like Sapaugh but have a few times felt a little taken advantage of. May shop around in a year or two when it is time for another upgrade. More
