I have been to a number of other dealers and have bought a few cars in my life and i have to say that Sapaugh has been the best Experience I have had. They are all really friendy. I was not looking to buy new, so I picked a used one out online, and worked with a person thru emails. I had to drive 2 hours to the dealership, so they told me the car would be there. When I arrived, they online, and worked with a person thru emails. I had to drive 2 hours to the dealership, so they told me the car would be there. When I arrived, they told me someone had just put a deposit down on the used car I wanted, but they had plenty of new ones to choose from. I was already aggravated, but he promised to "make it right." Kevin was a nice guy, but he was a new one, and wasn't experienced. Lets just say that there was one problem after another. Kevin did try his best, and we left that evening in a new car, and were promised a free spoiler, like one we saw if we brought it back. Then when I went to pick it up after it was finished, it wasn't the right spoiler, and I was highly disapointed. So let me just say, that the dealership itself isn't the greatest, but I was very happy with my new car. Service after the sale stinks, but so far I love my new Malibu so the hassel was, I guess worth it. More
