I have bought several vehicles,new and used from Sapaugh Motors since 1996. I have all of them from the same salesman,Steve Ermer. my name is Anthony Mitchell, today I was on the verge of unemployment due to unreliable transportation. having had previous dealings with other "car dealers" I was considerably reluctant to go to another! unemployment due to unreliable transportation. having had previous dealings with other "car dealers" I was considerably reluctant to go to another! however in light of the many recommendations of friends and associates, not too mention desperate need. I went sapaugh motors in Herculaneum mo. expecting the worst,as I have experienced. at 10 am I met Steve, a few minutes in too our discussion, he completely understood my need. (I subsequently found out he's been selling cars there for 19 years) a few finance questions later, we had deal that would work. I called my financing, and didn't get what I had been told I could have. after telling Steve that the deal was no good, he said," wait, let me see what we can do for you". (yeah right, 25 points on the loan so you can move a car!) much too my suprize, I found that Steve and the finance manager, had almost literally jumped through flaming hoops backwards on roller skates,to get me a car. at a payment I could afford!(it took a couple of hours, but they did it). I drove home!(4.99 at 260 a month!)Heck I was expecting 16 points minimum at my credit.) bottom line. if you need a car go to sapaugh, if you need someone who understands go see Steve! (NO promises! but he's a stand up guy) personal note: until today I have never left a dealership feeling anything but used! today, I felt like a valued customer! Kevin Stanfill was very knowledgeable about how to get the features I wanted in a car that I could afford. He was courteous, professional and patient. Although I Don't live nearby, the trip is a pleasant one in my new car. The 4-cylinder Turbo seems to have as much power as the 6-cylinder model I traded in and the gas mileage is much better. More

I had some service performed by Mark Kaltenbronn several months ago. I received excellent service and felt it should be known. I took my Pontiac Vibe to Sapaugh Motors to perform a GM recall repair. I was a little nervous about taking my vehicle in for the repairs since so often you hear stories of people taking their vehicles to a dealership to be serviced only to have it returned with problems that there not there before. Or, they are pressured into purchasing “repairs” that they do not need. I did not run into any of those problems at Sapaugh. My vehicle was repaired as promised in much less time than I had anticipated. Mr. Kaltenbronn has excellent customer service skills. He made me feel comfortable and welcome, and treated my like a valued customer. I appreciated the follow-up thank you note I received from him for bringing my business to Sapaugh. Other employees were also very friendly and helpful and made certain my car was being brought around to me in a timely manner when I arrived to pick it up. As an employee of a major car rental company, I understand the importance of customer service. I encourage Sapaugh to keep up the great work, and I would like to thank Mr. Kaltenbronn for his service. More
I found the car I wanted on the GM web site. Sapaugh Motors had a car with all the features I had specified. I emailed my salesperson that evening late. The next day my sales person called and gives me the discounted price of the car I was looking to purchase, the trade in value of my car and then the bottom line price. When I arrived at the showroom the car was sitting in front waiting for me to test drive it. This is the third car I have purchased from Sapaugh since 2007. I've always used the same sales person; he is great to deal with. I've never been pressured, just great friendly service. More
