I found Sapaugh Motors two years ago, while shopping for a new truck. My customary way of purchasing a vehicle at that time, was to find two to three vehicles at diffrent dealerships and buy the one I got t a new truck. When I dealt with Sapaugh two years ago all that changed. I meet Gary Nestor and learned buying a vehicle did not have to be so complicated. He and the sales staff were strightt forward and vary easy to deal with. It was truly a pleasre, dealing with them. So when it was time to buy a new truck, the only dealership I considered was Sapaugh. I have, and will continue to, recommend Sapaugh Motors to all my frends and family. I originally went to Sapaugh for 2 reasons. I had heard it had a good service dept and it was close to home. I went looking for 2 new Co. pickups for my tire business and possibly a new Vehicle for my wife it had a good service dept and it was close to home. We weren't able to come together on the co. vehicles thus started the conversation for a chevy traverse. I got a wild hair and decided to make this a christmas present for my wife of 31yrs. We have never purchased a new vehicle in our lives. Debbie was a pleasure to work with along with the finance dept. Debbie even ordered a big bow for me to put on the GMC Acadia Denali!! Along way from the traverse I went in looking at. I'm sure Debbie was as excited about this as I was. Debbie kept the Acadia safe and sound and had it imaculate till I could pick it up. I went to Sapaugh Motors looking for a new CRX Cadillac. I met with Bryan Ogle, one of the Sales Associates, upon arrival. Bryan Ogle and his sales members went to work and found one for me a couple of hundred miles away. Ultimately, they brought this car into their dealership and it was delivered to me the next day. I cannot praise Mr. Ogle enough. He has been there to answer each and every question and always with a smile on his face. I even have to mention that I met Mr. Larry Sapaugh and he too, said they would do everything to make my buying experience at his dealership a very pleasant experience. This they have done.
