I tried looking for a used suv at several dealerships before coming to Sapaugh. I drove onto the lot and was immediately helped by Mr. Reese. I was short on time because of an appointment and couldn't make up my mind right then and said I would come back for test drive. Mr. Reese offered to let me take the sante fe to my appointment and come back later with the vehicle. After driving it I knew for sure it was for me. Im thankful Mr. Reese helped me and that I did not feel intimidated like I felt at several other dealerships I visited that day. We were looking for a very specific vehicle with certain options & low miles. We located one at Sapaugh Motors in Missouri. We live in Phoenix, AZ & have never bought a vehicle online before. My husband contacted Sapaugh Motors & spoke with David Isaac. David was very friendly & helpful. They were willing to work with us to get us a great price, extended warranty & a low finance rate. They had good pictures online & David answered all our questions about the condition of the vehicle honestly, since we were not there to inspect the vehicle in person. We were able to close the deal quickly. David was even willing to pick my husband up at the airport close to midnight, so my husband could begin the long drive home right away. Sales associate was very friendly, and took care of our transaction relatively quickly. I'm not satisfied at all with the trade in situation. I got completely low-balled on the offer and when I said that wouldn't work, they went up a measily $500, which was still way below fair trade in value. I only took it because my wife really wanted the car we were purchasing. They said they could only give that much on trade because their markup is "SO LOW". I just went on their website and they have my old car listed for $2400 OVER what they gave me for trade...how's that for a low markup and HONESTY. You CANNOT EVER TRUST ANY CAR SALES associates PERIOD. I won't be going back there to trade in another car that's for damn sure. More
