Not going back- Never bought a car here. But someone told me their service department was aces, especially on Corvettes. So I take my Corvettes there. This was my Never bought a car here. But someone told me their service department was aces, especially on Corvettes. So I take my Corvettes there. This was my second visit; and the first visit with this particular car. Just learned a few days ago certain 2016 Corvette models are required to have an oil change after the first 500 miles. Was news to me. The car told me I had 74% oil life left. But a bulletin had come out from GM advising dealers it must be done and why. Owner's manual said the same.. Upon arrival I explained why I brought the car in. The service adviser was dismissive- didn't say I was wrong, but said the car didn't need an oil change. I pointed out the service bulletin issued by GM- and the owners manual, both stated otherwise. He seemed to acquiesce but it was hard to tell- he didn't seem to be invested in the conversation to begin with.. About an hour an half later, the car's ready- I pick it up and drive off. Glance at the receipt before putting it away, and it's not clear to me if the oil was changed or not. One thing was clear, however- a tire rotation was done. A tire rotation? (side to side rotation, front/back tires are different sizes). Anyway, that made no sense at all because: 1- the car had 1,800 miles on it, 2- it was not part of the scheduled maintenance, and 3- I didn't ask for it to be done. Email the dealership, ask them to clarify what work was done. Get a call back and they confirm oil change and tire rotation. I ask why the tire rotation- am told it was scheduled maintenance. I challenge that answer- WHO SAYS IT's SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE- Then I'm told that maybe it was done because tire rotation is usually done as part of the scheduled maintenance oil change. She wasn't sure? Seriously? Didn't make sense to me. They offered to transfer to me the service adviser for explanation. I tell them to just have him send me an email, They say they will have him call me. While waiting I step outside, and check the wheels. Suffice it to say that anyone who knows a Corvette owner also knows that we know every square inch of our car- the location of every imperfection- no matter how slight- is etched in our brain. With barely a glance at the wheels I know immediately they were rotated. Thousand percent certain. No doubt. Even had a photo taken the day before backing it up. THE TIRES WERE ROTATED (side or side). Get back in the car- there's a message on my phone. From the service adviser. Says "Got you message" and apologize for the receipt- he stated "we did NOT rotate your tires".... explaining that "the receipt says tire rotation because it is part of the labor operation they have to use". Huh? That didn't make any sense. The message then goes on- "we never rotate tires on a Corvette" and ends with "they were NOT rotated, OK?" At this point I must admit- it feels like I've just been told a lie. The message was short and curt- it sounds like the rep was maybe just a little bit irritated. But I did NOT want to believe it- I WANTED a reputable dealer with people I trusted to service my car. The fact remained, however- that I knew better. Th tires were rotated. Either the service adviser was completely in the dark, or he lied. He deserves to be given the benefit of the doubt- that's for sure and goes without saying. So I call back- and transferred to the Adviser's extension. No answer and no voicemail. Call back a few minutes later, ask for him and this time he answers. I ask "are you absolutely certain the tires were not rotated?" He is certain- reminds me that "We don't rotate tires on a Corvettes- or move tires from one side to another. It's at this point I stop him and explain to him he is wrong, and how wrong he is. There was no push back- he knew I was certain, After stepping away from the call a few minutes, he's back on the line and apologizing for the mistake. Said the person doing the work saw it on the work order and rotated the tires by mistake.. To make things better he told me to bring the car back and they would put the tires back the way they were. RIGHT, That makes a lot of sense- I thought to myself. . So I'm left asking - is this believable? Is it possible a service tech would rotate tires on a car they reportedly "never" do rotations on? Would the tech not notice the car had only 1,800 miles and not need it anyway? Whether I was lied to or not I'll probably never know. My gut tells me I was. My sense of fairness tells me stranger things have happened and give the adviser the benefit of the doubt. But one thing is for sure- between the service adviser telling me no oil change was needed when a service bulletin and owners manual said otherwise, to performing a tire rotation that wasn't needed and an explanation why it was that makes no sense, followed by a denial that it was even done all, followed with an admission that it WAS done- only after being called out on it. Truth or no truth aside, there remain sufficient reasons to now seek a new Service Department. By the way, no one ever confirmed whether an oil change was actually performed. or not. More

I needed a specific vehicle configuration, so had been looking all over the country (I live in New York). Angie, John, and their team flawlessly covered the items you would normally look for: honesty, professionalism, excellent product without surprises, fair price. But they also went beyond what was required to make the long-distance factor work. In short, I'll be considering a trip all the way back to Herculaneum for my next vehicle. If you live in the area, and even if you don't, give these folks a chance. More

There is oil jn I brought my daughters Cadillac ATS in for service in January due to oil leak and was told by Mark K that they could not find a leak. There is oil jn garage floor so that is a sure sign of a leak. Mark recommended we get a dye ran through the car and for her to drive it 1500 miles. I asked," if she drives it, it will throw it out of warranty." Mark said, "no." Sure enough I brought it back in after driving it 1500 miles and it's not under warranty. Now they want me to pay $200.00 for the part. The paperwork from previous service appointment and cadillac repair sheets were missing out of my glove box after my appointment as well. Would I recommend them ....NO!!!! I called Cadillac while I was waiting and they verified it is under warranty. I filed complaint with Cadillac More

Experienced some difficulties with an unexpected recall but they provided me with a car to drive until it cleared up. After a while nothing happened so I was presented with more options and chose a vehicle that I am very happy with. I also got GREAT service from the financial side. I never felt as if I was taken advantage of although I am a young woman. He was super upfront and honest about everything and I ended up getting a vehicle I was happier with than the one I was waiting on! More

Upon speaking with Steve Ermer we quickly felt a positive, relaxed vibe that we could take whatever time we needed, and follow whatever path we needed, to find what car was a fit for us. He was a good listener and respectful of our lifestyle. He followed through with correspondence only after we gave permission and never pressured us. Our patience was always appreciated and he was quick to make sure that we were satisfied. We do not visit car lots often and he made the whole experience stress free. We appreciated his knowledge in the field and the professional way that he shared that expertise. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Steve Ermer. More

We had stopped in dealership and told Steve what we were looking for. He called me the next day as someone had traded in a car that I was looking for. He was not pushy and sent pictures and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Steve Ermer and this dealership if you are needing to buy a vehicle. John McCarthy handled our paperwork. He was very friendly and prompt on getting all the forms printed and signed so we could take our new vehicle home! More
Friendly service Steve took the time to listen to our needs and only show vehicles that fit, not trying to push higher priced items or vehicles they wanted to sell.
