We are disappointed we were not able to find you a similar truck for the same price and apologize for this frustrating experience. With it being the last day of the month, time was not on our side. We tried arranging to get another truck but all the dealerships were closed and we were not able to reach anyone. We had been receiving extra tags from the manufacturer for the last year and they discontinued that program for June which is why we couldn't come close on the price of a similar truck the next day. We definitely made errors in communication and are very regretful we couldn't deliver you a truck at the quoted price. We agree you should be refunded for the price of your plane ticket and are making arrangements to send you that. We work extremely hard to deliver a great experience for every customer and are apologetic we failed in this instance. Again we'll be in touch to make sure you receive the refund for your plane ticket.
