John Robinson made our purchase so easy. We really didn't know what we could afford. We only knew we needed great gas mileage and seating for at least 5. We thought we wanted an SUV, but John could didn't know what we could afford. We only knew we needed great gas mileage and seating for at least 5. We thought we wanted an SUV, but John could see that we weren't going to get the mileage we wanted and suggested some other options--options we hadn't even considered because we thought those choices were too costly. John assured us he would find the perfect car. He did! And when I got a flat tire nearly six months later because I had run over a nail, I called him to find out how to navigate the tire protection plan we had purchased at the time of the sale. He called a few days later to make sure everything had been taken care of at the service department. It had, and it hadn't cost me anything extra! I brag on Sapaugh and John Robinson to anyone who will listen. It was a great experience! More

I called Joe Clemmons on a recommendation of a friend. I explained my situation and Joe immeduatly went to work to get me the deal I wanted. Once we gareed on a price for my purchase and trade - over the ph explained my situation and Joe immeduatly went to work to get me the deal I wanted. Once we gareed on a price for my purchase and trade - over the phone mind you - he turned me over to Randy White to handle all the deatils. I came into the showroom to sign my deal and EVERYONE of the employees made me and my family feel like we were long time friends. I have purchased many cars in my life and I can honesty say I have NEVER had a more positive experienece. From my first call to the final signature on the dotted line, Sapaugh won me over - I will never go anywhere else. From selection to service, Sapaugh runs a class act! My wife wanted a Cadillac SRX and wanted white with a certain interior color combination. With the availability of the 2011 models with the color combination and packages of what wanted being very few, S certain interior color combination. With the availability of the 2011 models with the color combination and packages of what wanted being very few, Sapaugh searched neighboring dealers and found the vehicle we wanted, made a dealer trade for it so that we could travel just a few miles to their dealership for the purchase. They were very understanding of our wants and needs. Everything was seemless on our end and we thank them very much for making this truely convenient for us. My husband and were very pleased with the service we received from our salesman, Tom Denny. We decided to purchase a Malibu and are very happy with our decision to do so. Tom was very knowledgable about all the cars we looked at and was very capable of answering all our questions.
