The buying experience was fine. It was after I received the title today and called the dealership that I encountered a problem. Simple question regarding what seemed to be the wrong power of attorney paperwork. I was transferred to financing. Completely rude person that sent me to someone else that didn't answer the phone, I left a voicemail and I still have no response. Typical dealership, once you're off the lot, you don't matter. The financial person I met that particular day seemed to be off his meds or something. Shaky, angry, no patience. Seemed like he was ready to hurt someone. I will not recommend Sapaugh to anyone. In fact, I'll discourage them from going to that dealership. More

Bought a certified used Escalade from Sapaugh. Price and service were perfect. One week into ownership, we were hit by the GM engine failure issue. As frustrated as we were to have to deal with th Price and service were perfect. One week into ownership, we were hit by the GM engine failure issue. As frustrated as we were to have to deal with that, Sapaugh did everything they could to take care of us. They got us a new engine and communicated regularly during the process. Randy, Travis, Joe and Mark were great to work with. Would definitely use them again. They have earned my business. More
