Great service! I brought my 2017 Expedition in for service and my service advisor was Mario Rea. He gave me an estimate for oil change and multi-point inspection. W I brought my 2017 Expedition in for service and my service advisor was Mario Rea. He gave me an estimate for oil change and multi-point inspection. When I asked if the vehicle needed anything else, he said it might need 2 air filters but he would have the mechanic check them before he replaced them. When I asked if I could get a spare key made, he took care of it. I am very happy with the service at SM Ford. Mario Rea is courteous, efficient and professional. The total bill and wait time were what I was told they would be. Great job by all. Thanks much! More
