I won't even go into the fact of how the phone receptionist sounds so depressing and so unprofessional to customers, that's not what this rating is about. I spoke to a salesman by the name of Howard, who then informed me that the price for a mustang GT 500 Shelby with the golden ticket package is $55,000 over sticker added to the original MSRP and that a standard GT 500 Shelby is over sticker by 35,000 extra to the MSRP. People listen to me out there when I say that if you really want this car at a reasonable price you are better off buying it out of state. At some point I will post a YouTube video of locations where you can go with dealerships that treat customers way more fairly than places like this. On an ending note to all mustang fans and enthusiast who is searching for this Shelby GT 500 with or without the golden ticket package, I wish you luck out there and finding the best deals that you can but if you're really looking for a good deal it will not be in the state of California. If you do find one in California which I doubt,then you're lucky. Avoid this location at all costs. Trust me! More

It had a lift and bigger tires and I wanted a test drive. But it was too difficult to take it out of the showroom. So they offered a test drive of another Ranger without the lift. Shortly after purchasing the truck it completely stalled in the middle of a turn with oncoming traffic. It scared us so bad we took it right back. They asked that I return another day. So I contacted Allan Nanas, the owner. He said he’d help. He did have the truck picked up and took it to the off road shop that did the adjustments. I appreciated that. They had the truck a while but returned it with smaller tires because the other tires were too big and rubbed on the wheel wells when I turned the truck. So they returned the truck which was different than the truck I purchased. In the first month I only drove it 100 miles because my fiancé and I were worried it would stop in the middle of traffic again. In all they had the truck on and off for about a month after purchase. So I spoke with Benny, the fast talking finance guy who seemed like he was raised by a used car salesman, and Solomon who sold me the car and knew almost nothing about the truck I bought. They said they would get me reimbursed for the month that they held the truck and I wasn’t driving it. Benny or Solomon never called. I called the shop no less than 10 times. Benny NEVER returned my call. I contacted the owner, no return email or call. There was a significant problem, and the tires still rub the wheel wells. NOBODY at the dealership took accountability for it or assisted me in any way after purchase. This dealership is so unprofessional and so lacking in integrity. Typical used car salesmen selling new cars. I would never return for any reason. My fiancé bought from Keyes in the Valley, her experience was far better! More
