They listened to my concerns and explained what was going to happen and estimate time on when or how long my wait would be. I even got a complimentary card for coffee. And I appreciate the mechanic as well in finding out what the issue was and being able to repair it so I feel safe in driving my vehicle on the road and back home to Arizona when I return. More
