SM Lincoln is a joke. I have only had my Lincoln serviced here as this is where I bought it with a premium service contract. Every time my car gets serviced it’s come ba I have only had my Lincoln serviced here as this is where I bought it with a premium service contract. Every time my car gets serviced it’s come back with something wrong. Since day one the rear defroster hasn’t worked (it’s was bought brand new). I’ve complained to the service dept and they say they’ll look at it. They never have and now they want to say that it’s damaged from outside influence therefore doesn’t qualify for a warranty repair. That’s BULL since I’ve complained since I got the car. Then during a pick and and delivery service the car came back out of alignment. They tried to charge me and I had to argue that I didn’t give them the car in that condition and Ford/ Lincoln provides one free alignment within 1yr / 10k miles. They had to call some head honcho to verify which means the staff there’s isn’t properly trained or they’re just trying to rip off people. Now I get the car serviced again and now the back tail lamp is getting water in it. Once again they are saying that the light bar was damaged due to outside influence. They claim the tail lamp must of been in an accident to make it crack. ( from the inside mind you). I asked how this could happen and they couldn’t give me a valid explanation. As they admitted the only way for it to have been damaged was that someone had to have gone in through the paneling and damage it that way since there’s no outside damage to the car and no visible damage inside the car. SM Ford Lincoln has been the only entity to touch my car. I don’t even let my Husband drive my car. They want to charge 2300 to replace the light that was fine before they touched my car. Stay away from this suspicious dealership and their service dept! They do not have the customers back nor do they do the right thing More
We had a horrific experience. Sam, Corry and Casey made numerous false representations and false promises about the features of the car in order to upsell us. After we signed and received the fully loaded premium package car, none of the features were included and many features did not work at all or as promised. They refused to address the issues. After hours of going back and forth, we eventually left the car with them for 9 days but they still were not willing or able to fully address problems with the dysfunctional car. When we attempted to unwind the transaction based on their false representations, false promises, and deficiencies with the car, they completely lied about the transaction, viciously attacked us in writing, and are now ignoring us entirely. The folks in the parts department are great and have been for years. The rest of the service department is sub-par. In my case there was a repair needed to make the car drive able and when I called to make for years. The rest of the service department is sub-par. With the regular scheduled oil change they would not give me the requested paperwork documenting my repair detailing the work actually done when requested. This is the second interaction like this I’ve had with their service department in the last 4 years and it has not improved. More
The old bait and switch. Had an appointment to drive a GT350 shelby. Was told it would be brought up from the basement and ready to drive. After I drove an hour and a half to view this vehicle, the one that they had cleaned and ready to drive was the GT 500 and the car I went to look at was still in the basement covered in dust and grime. The one that they had ready to go was $30,000 more! They kept pushing me towards the more expensive car. When they finally brought up the one I came to look at which had a $65,000 price tag, they started adding all of these additional costs bringing the car up to $79,000. False advertising, bait and switch, horrible service, never go back. More
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The car was advertised on a couple of sites for sale. Speaking to them by phone I was told the price was 37,500 and told them I would be coming from out of town. Once I got to the dealership and viewed the car we sat with the salesman. He didn't know much and then had the sales manager speak to us. He works up number and then give me a price that with tax and license seemed high. I asked and he says there are additional items that we have done to the car like Door edge guards ($1050, GPS tracking for another $1000 and Paint protection for another $1000. I told them that is not what you advertised. He's response was The ad says there may be additional marks ups. I said I don't want them and he says they will not remove or reduce the cost. $1000 for 2 thin plastic strips on the edge of the door??? Then says ok i can do a little discount of $100. Then once I get to the finance office (and I paid cash) the price is high and says oh the license or something just an estimate. I said he told me this price and the finance guys says that's was it is. I can't change it. So what he told me was not true. He lied and told me a price and you just change without regard to what price the manager told me. Besides that I found issue with the side airbags and also hands me 1 key. Asked where is the other key. We are not a BMW dealership you have to go there to get another one. Yeah $550 for one and $450 to fix the airbag. None of this was reveled to me until the deal was done. Also NO warranty of any kind. I said if I drive it off the lot and it breaks do on the street in front of your place I'm out of luck?? He said YES. This is one of the most unscrupulous and shady dealers I have ever deal with. More

Unfortunately, my next lease payment was scheduled for Oct 22 and it was too late to cancel th I did a lease buy out at this dealership on Oct 20. I was assured that it would be easy to get a refund for that final payment as it should never have occurred. Santa Monica Ford has been trying to give me a partial refund for weeks. I've called Ford Credit multiple times and they have adamantly assured me that I am owed a refund in the full amount from the dealership. The dealership is telling me they only owe me the partial amount. It is now Nov 14 and there has been no resolution. I have called multiple times nearly every day and am only able to get ahold of them once every 1-2 weeks. They do not respond to voicemails either. It is getting ridiculous at this point. Also, at this point they are fighting me over $92. It has nothing to do with the money, it is the principal. Specifically, it is Tommy i sales, Kevin in finance and Alexis in the business office who have been the slow down. Horrendous. More
