DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! They are sneaky and liars. I purchased a vehicle from them and they added on extra features that I did not agree to, such as GPS tracking and a They are sneaky and liars. After reviewing my purchase contract I found $4000 in extra charges. When I called them to discuss this. I was told that they understood that I was not happy and agreed to refund me for half of the costs. 4 months later I still have not been issued a refund. I have called and left messages at least a dozen times with no call back. This is not the way to do business. First with hiding extra fees, then lying about issuing a refund, and finally avoiding me all together. Shame on this dealership. Do not trust them. Take your business elsewhere where they actually care about the customer. Simon in the finance department is the one who blatantly lied to me. More
Sadly had to return a very nice silver Escape phev from here. There was undisclosed accident damage and rat chewing in engine bay, and a bad battery that had to be jumped the next morning after purchase. I here. I didn’t look under the hood til I got home, but I didn’t think I needed to buying a Ford at a Ford dealership. So in less than 24 hrs, with my mechanic insisting I should take it back, I had to return the car. Everyone there was very nice, but this was unacceptable. This is worst dealer experiance in 40 years. I.paid for 2 each F350 trucks in Jamiary 2025. The trucks have nern.parked at our facilities forb4 months while we pay intetest on.the loan. Despote multiple emails, voice mails lefft on Sales Manager phone, no redponse. I calledd yesterday frustrated of the poor service and the sales manager hung up on me. He blames the salesman who left and now blaming the factory, despite him knowing of this issue for 1 month. I leased a Mach E from this dealership back in Dec 2024. The sales person, Natalie Munoz, made me a decent deal for the vehicle that included an at home charger with installation included. At the time of sale, she said it could take several months for the charger and installation. After a month, I called and she said that Ford would be reaching out eventually with details. After several months, I called Ford directly and they reached out to the dealer and I had the installation process started that day. The installer came to my house yesterday and asked where the charger was. I called the dealership back and their general manager, Tony Rehn, tells me that I was given a good deal on the car and I should not expect a charger too. I am waiting to hear if Ford corporate has a different stance, but Tony told me that this was Santa Monica Ford's stance. I hate giving bad reviews, but if this doesn't deserve one I don't know what does. Beware of an of their promotions and I highly recommend recording any "deals" they make. More

My overall experience was not bad. However, I was disappointed that my vehicle was delivered without any gas, which was inconvenient. Additionally, I discovered that the rim of the first tire was broken, which should have been checked before delivery. These issues took away from an otherwise decent experience. I hope they improve their inspection and delivery process in the future. More
