On Friday 10/25 I spoke with Christine in Service department. She was unprofessional and rude the way she assisted with my oil change appointment request. She got frustrated very quick then hung up m department. She was unprofessional and rude the way she assisted with my oil change appointment request. She got frustrated very quick then hung up my phone just like that after several times asked me questions and couldn’t find my account in the system, then I called back right away and a gentleman able to assist me. Thanks god I got her name in first place. She made company look bad with her unprofessional behavior in my opinion. I prefer to look other GMC dealership who can provide better and professional services because good services will always bring customer comeback again and again and again and importantly referral to others as well More

Buying our new Yukon XL from Santa Monica Buick GMC was a breeze. We live in Orange County and they happily worked up a deal with us over the phone with very little headache, so all we had to do was drive up breeze. They were honest, made us a great deal on the Yukon, and gave us a fair price on our trade-in. They also fulfilled a number of small requests we asked for without hesitation, and honestly, everyone that helped us was just very nice and genuine.
