The following aspects of the service were very good: - the facility is immaculate - my service representative, Crystal, communicated effectively and efficiently with me. Moreover, she was polite The following aspects of the service were poor: - I was charged $2,800 to replace 4 Pirelli run flat tires. The cost at tire stores was less than $1,800. I don't expect that BMW service would match the price, but I would have expected that would not price gouge me. - When I spoke with the service manager, he was superficially polite, curt, and unresponsive to my concerns. When I explained to him that I received better price quotes, that I understand that SM BMW is not a tire store, and that I would not have expected that they would overcharge me to such a degree, he simply repeated, "These are the prices." The unspoken messages were "take it or leave," "get your car serviced elsewhere if you don't like it," and "kiss my xxx." It is important to note that I am always polite with staff, arrive at appointments on time, and pay my bills in a timely manner. From my perspective, I was treated most poorly. I really like my car, but if this is the kind of service that I am going to receive, then there are other vehicles out there for purchase. More

My service adviser Alex was the best; he saw me close to my reservation time, didn't try to upsell products, was friendly and professional, and contacted me when my vehicle was ready.
