My car died upon my arrival in Santa Monica- and I happened to be 4 blocks from the dealership. The team at the dealership handled everything over less than 48 hours, replaced my hybrid battery and ha happened to be 4 blocks from the dealership. The team at the dealership handled everything over less than 48 hours, replaced my hybrid battery and had it all cleared under warranty. I was able to drive home after a day and a half of meetings. Poor experience all the way around. Additionally being given a quote to replace a battery that was changed less than 2 years ago - in a car that's not used often - seems downright shady. More
