My service advisor, Pablo Penilla, never called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. I called BMW Santa Monica at least 3 times because every time the receptionist/operator transferred my call to me know my car was ready for pick up. I called BMW Santa Monica at least 3 times because every time the receptionist/operator transferred my call to service no one would answer the phone. Pablo told me that my car would be ready around 3pm (I dropped it off at 7:15am) and it wasn’t ready until after 5pm. When I arrived to pick up my car Pablo wasn’t even there. I wanted to talk him about additional services I need done to my vehicle and help scheduling those services. More
