This visit was terrible from beginning to end. I have been going to this location for years and never had such trouble. The receptionist was rude and got my info incorrect, my appointment was changed and when I arrived it was like I was a bother, I was not allowed to buy/order a tire over the phone (so I went elsewhere), my car took 20 minutes to come to me at pick up, and no one responded to my text messages. My usual service rep, Pablo, was on vacation and I feel like there was no thought or consideration given to what really needed to be done immediately and the service department took advantage of the situat like there was no thought or consideration given to what really needed to be done immediately and the service department took advantage of the situation.
